We believe in our Made in USA, sustainable garments and stand by the quality of each piece. But we understand mistakes are made and each piece might not be for everyone!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you would like to make a return please email our customer service fore@alfaathletics.us - within 14 days of receiving your product and we will, gladly, help you return or make an exchange on your item.

Returned items must be unworn, sent back with original packaging and tags.



What if I need to exchange my item for a new size or color?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I need to change something on my order, how do I do this?
Mistakes happen! Please reach out to our customer service email as soon as possible. We will try and catch it!

How long until I receive my refund?
After your return has been received, it will be inspected for approval. Once approved you should receive your refund within 10 business days. Please contact us if you have not received. 

When will my order ship?
We are a small team, but are filling orders efficiently. Most orders will be fulfilled in 1-2 days from when the order is placed. If you haven’t received a tracking notification, please email our customer service email.
